Today's comic comes from Tom Mansell, an old friend who writes a wine blog called Ithacork. If you like wine, you'll probably enjoy Tom's work. If you don't like wine, though, like me, you'll probably still enjoy how he breaks wine down scientifically with each post. (There should be more things that you can read that have the heading "Science!" at least halfway through.)

Anyway, I enjoy his Johns Hopkins take on my labcoat, and enjoy his work, so maybe you will, too.
