Lesson #1156 - Ethnic Names

I was in a play back in 2004 with a guy named Johnathan Mayer. At one point I broached the obvious topic, and you could just see the quiet, seething rage set in, deep in his eyes. Let's just say it was apparent that he had only recently gone with "Johnathan" among friends as opposed to the shortened version. I teased him once while playing against him in a softball game later that year, calling him "John", and he crushed a 400 foot home run on the next pitch. I wonder how much it bothers him nowadays.

So no, this was not in reference to that crappy movie.

Hey, a reminder! I'm going to be at SPX in a week and a half, and I will have exciting things to debut . . . like labcoats and pint glasses! And you'll even be able to touch the blackboard itself, which has been rumored since ancient times to possess healing powers! Hope you'll be there!
