Lesson #2153 - Laws

Just a short follow-up to the guns comic from last week - several of the people who criticized the content tried to make the point that any restriction won't matter because criminals won't follow any restrictions. Which makes entirely no sense, because it's essentially saying that laws don't matter. And if laws don't matter, I am entirely annexing the neighbors' land next door. There's bunnies over there! I want those bunnies!

Again, there's a balance of approaches that is the solution - anyone focusing on either of the two extremes as the only answers is so fixated in on a line they've drawn in the sand that they're not willing to listen to anyone about it - but we've got to work towards the solution to get anywhere. Yes, "not all gun owners", but still, "yes all children".
