Lesson #2183 - Great Scientists, Part II
My scientific-testing-on-myself claim to fame was making New England clam chowder soup and mixing chocolate syrup in. Chocolate clam chowder. It didn't lead to any amazing, groundbreaking discovery, but I would argue that it was at least half as safety-defying as wandering around inhaling random gases.
One report says that Davy inhaled five liters of nitrous oxide at one point. Surely everything was hilarious for a while after that.
