Lesson #2718 & 2719 - Football, Parts I & II

I think this is going to be my last year watching the Super Bowl. Maybe it's entirely on me, but I don't think I can do it anymore. I mean, I played touch football as a kid and flag football in college, and I like the game well enough. But it'll actually be the first game I'll watch this season, so maybe it's been headed this way for a little while? I hope I won't have to come to the same conclusion on hockey and soccer some day, but I don't want to feel like I'm contributing to player dehabilitation anymore. They may be grown men, but it's some slow version of human sacrifice at this point.

But, you know, nachos grande and wings for dinner tonight, so I'm sure that's a reasonable trade-off.
