Lesson #2885 - Definitions, Part XXX

I've done other comics on similar subject matter in the past, and really, it's just good to know, um, something, I guess.

For the record, it's a portmanteau of speech and perch, not sperm and speech, even though it's often vile male speech most associated with sperch. Anyway, keep on enjoying human discourse in 2016!
