Lesson #3104 - Incompetence

I don't get how incompetence works. It just kind of seeps everywhere. Maybe it's a kind of ooze? You can drown in it or wade in it or whatever, but it always finds a way to coat you to various degrees. I'd say incompetence is like a sentient slime but it doesn't seem to have self-awareness so I'm not sure that's an appropriate comparison that is fair to sentient slime. ANYWAY
