Facts don't lie. The full expanded details are not perfect - after all, women may get the majority of science and engineering degrees, but they only make up 29% of the science and engineering workforce, and certainly there are other disparities about the representation of women and men in specific science and engineering disciplines. But it is hopeful to note that the statistics above, as they are, certainly strongly support women. Now, if only the rest of us can get on board in actively doing so.
