Lesson #3313 - Rage

There's not a lot that you can do when you're governed by a monster, but when you're governed by a monster, you have to do all of it. Easy to understand how we can fall into the latter two boxes - we absolutely all have, from time to time - so it's on all of us to push each other into doing good and being good, as much as we can.
