Surviving the World
A Photocomic Education by Dante Shepherd
Lesson #3401 - Under One Roof
There are surely some of you who are pretending to be drastically different people, this holiday season, as a means of acting according to the person you are presumed to be or at the very least accepted as. This is truly unfortunate in many cases, and my sympathy if not my heart goes out to you.
There are also many of you that are desperate to tell one family member where to stick it and are somehow going to keep that feeling under control and for that you deserve an Oscar as well.
And then there are the perfect families where every extended family member who will be passing through is welcome and perfect and balanced and kind and not racist and not sexist and not bigoted, and these families mostly exist in fiction. And my family, of course.
RESOLUTIONS PRINT: I highly recommend this print to check-off resolutions each day throughout the upcoming year!
