There is no truth to the rumor that Ruby Tuesdays is named such in recognition of Jack Ruby. Or is there?

On a sandwich sidenote, we don't like telling people they're wrong, but if you refer to a longbread sandwich as something other than a 'grinder', you're wrong. It's not 'subs', or 'hoagies', but 'grinders'. Seriously, though, the correct sandwich terminology is somehow surprisingly specific to each region. If you cross a state border, people there might never have even heard the term you use. So weird.
