Lesson #443 - Catholic School Dances

After seven and a half years in Catholic schools, while the above saying was always one of the most awkward parts of any dance, I'm only realizing now exactly how awkward it is. If you think about it, the Catholic Church teaches that there is one God in three persons, so if you take that literally, then you can consider the Holy Spirit as a person. In which case, if you thought that a ghost/spirit needing six inches is a little much for an incorporeal being, having a person dancing between you and your partner is really just creepy.

And I will now head off to church to try to limit how potentially sacrilegious I can be today.
