Listen: if you've got a building with several floors, an elevator, and stairwells, got a few croquet mallets, and several tennis balls, you can set up a great indoor croquet course. Just remember, croquet courses start and finish at the same point, and it's better if you keep track of strokes so that you can all keep playing right next to each other. Fun for both boys and girls, ages 16 and up.

I established an indoor croquet course when I was an undergrad, and a professor promised to hold an annual tournament in my name if I donated several sets of mallets. I need to remember to do that . . .
