Lesson #593 - Dubbing

Clearly I get why they feel the need to dub over swears, even though I don't think 'asshole' needs to be one of those cases, especially when you're dubbing over the word 'hole' but not 'ass'. But the best part of the dubbing is what they choose to replace it with, especially when it's an entirely ridiculous alternative like what they do for Die Hard.

Anyway, I made a joke on Twitter the other day about some of the Die Hard dubs, and people thought I was serious, which is always the wrong assumption to make about me. Perhaps this clears it up.
