Lesson #622 - Gender Issues

Make whatever you like of the case - it really doesn't matter to me what people want to call themselves, and as long as they aren't obviously incorrect, I don't see why they shouldn't be able to label themselves however they want - but if you're not wondering how this influences language, perhaps you're not seeing the broader picture here. Or pehaps you speak a language where words aren't assigned a gender. Or perhaps you're American.

Apparently I have a weakness for language jokes. Before I started STW, I would never have guessed. Heh.
