Lesson #717 - CPR

"Ok, circle circle dot dot, and now start the breathing and the compressions!"

I was CPR certified a while ago, and I think the proper procedure has been changed ten times since then. I highly recommend that everyone get certified or at least take a course so you know what to do - the order to check things, the likelihood of you breaking a rib, to tilt the head back so you don't block the throat with the tongue - but man, they'll probably change what you're supposed to do just a few days later.
