Lesson #775 - Dealing With Internet-Based Customer Services

This is the comic for October 15. On October 14, Bluehost decided to deactivate the STW account. Essentially, they had server troubles all morning for all their sites. During this time, they realized how much bandwidth STW was using and decided it was too much, even though they advertise "unlimited bandwidth". As if to show that their server issues were not STW's fault, they continued to have server issues for the next several hours. Not that it changed their minds or made their service anymore helpful.

The best line during my conversations with them: "Pictures take up a lot of bandwidth. Maybe you can change your site so that you have fewer pictures?"

Anyway, darn you, Bluehost.
