Recitation #30 - Spandex

Once, I started to write a play about someone just up and deciding to become a superhero, and the whole thing seemed to be working pretty well, and then the first issue of Mark Millar's Kick-Ass came out, and I realized anything I did would basically just look like I was copying him, so there's another work that just ended up in the trash.

Anyway, I'm sure there certainly have been people who have tried to do this before, but asylums and law enforcement likely have an agreement in place to nip that problem in the bud before it starts a trend. On the other hand, there's this article from Rolling Stone which I somewhat enjoyed, way back when.
