Lesson #1244 - Life Expectancy

The sitting studies are a little bizarre - you wonder how much it ties in to body size or health - and infographics designed to scare you certainly don't help. Of course, the number of people who have lectured me on sitting and don't floss - well, I'm not really sure the life changes they're putting into place are all that impressive. Or sanitary.
