Science The World is the endeavor of an engineering education research group based out of Northeastern University in Boston, MA. The group attempts to create discussions, demonstrations, and experimentation connecting current university research in science and engineering with K-12 classrooms to better improve STEM education. Science The World specifically uses inquiry-based learning to form a series of structured experiments and studies that can be conducted across multiple student levels (grades K-2, 3-5, 6-8, 9-12) and help students gain a better understanding of scientific concepts as well as develop an interest in fields of science and engineering.
By completing the form, you are expressing an interest to construct, execute, and analyze new and different experiments and studies with your students. Your participation will also contribute to curricular development for other students. This form will help provide information so that curricula produced with Science The World can be best attuned to the needs and desires of your classroom.
